Resort Policy


  • Check-in time 2:00pm and check-out is 12:00 noon. If you wish to extend time, kindly inform the Front Office staff to see room availability.
  • Electrical Appliances will be charged accordingly.
    • Rice cooker 10cups-P200, more than 10 cups - P500,
    • Electric stove - P500
    • Electric kettle/airpot - P200,
    • Water dispenser - P500,
    • Electric griller - P500).
  • Additional pillows, blankets, towels are subject for request.
  • Daily housekeeping upon request only.
  • Upon check-out, please allow our staff to double check room, guesthouse or dorm prior to leaving the resort.
  • Lost/Damaged Items
    • Room Key: P500.00
    • TV Remote: P500.00
  • The management has the right to restrain intoxicated, unruly persons from roaming  around the guest area.
  • Carrying of gun, deadly weapon and the like is strictly prohibited.
  • Please take care of your valuables at all times. The management is not liable for any loss.
  • STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the unit. Rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. If you need to smoke, we have designated smoking areas around the premises.
  • Any damages and lost items inside the unit and resort will be charged accordingly. Please do not change the position of the furnitures inside your room, do not bring them outside your unit.
  • Kindly surrender your room key to our person in charge upon check-out.
  • Our resort is CCTV protected.

Terms and Conditions
1. Rates are per room per night only.
2. Children 2 years and below are free of charge. Up to 2 kids per accommodation only. Excess number will be charged.
3. Damages / tampering of any items inside the room and resort will be charged accordingly.

Beach Swimming Rules
  1. Strictly no swimming during rough seas.
  2. Persons under the influence of alcohol is not permitted to swim.
  3. Children must always be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  4. Do not swim beyond the designated float line.
  5. Always listen to the instructions of our lifeguard on duty or the person in charge.
  6. Beach swimming operating hours with lifeguard on-duty is from 7:00am to 6:00pm only.
  7. Please keep the beach, shores and nearby surrounding litter free.
  8. Breakable glass/bottle/jars is not allowed at beach front area.
  9. Help us protect our beach, please clean as you go.
  10. For everyone’s safety, our swimming pool is sanitized from 12:00nn to 2:00 pm and 2:00 am to 6 am daily.


Swimming Pool Rules and Guidelines

  1. Please rinse before entering the pool if coming from the beach.
  2. Wear proper swimming attire.
  3. No boisterous or rough play inside the pool, runaways and platforms.
  4. To avoid injuries, strictly NO DIVING.
  5. Food and drinks are not allowed in pool area.
  6. Pool swimming with lifeguard or person in charge is from 7:00am to 6:00pm only.
  7. Always keep the pool safe and clean.
  8. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  9. Clean as you go.


ALPINA BEACH RESORT have the authority to enforce all rules and regulations. All guests who will repeatedly violate the rules will be ejected from the establishment and deem fees non-refundable.
